Vinification: fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. Maturation in oak barrels and in the bottle
Colour: deep ruby red
Aroma: plum, cassis and cherry
Taste: powerful and intense, with fruit and vanilla notes
Food & Wine Pairing: pasta with ragù, legume soup, mushroom, pork meat, roast beef, barbecue
Characteristics: Certified organic from harvest 2019.

In our labels we wanted to stay close to Roero tradition, using symbols found on tarot cards combined with the wheel, an important local symbol, that is similar to the Conti Roero family coat of arms.
