Grape Variety: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc & Arneis
Vinification: start of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, end of fermentation and maturation in oak barrels
Colour: from straw to deep gold yellow
Aroma: fresh fruit and slight toasty hints in the first 5-6 years, notes of hazelnuts, butter and candied citrus with evolution
Taste: defined by a slightly acidic note and a bitter aftertaste, that becomes sweeter in the ages
Food & Wine Pairing: in good company, as aperitif, raw meat, tajarin with truffle, fondue
Characteristics: Aging in the bottle up to 15-20 years.

In our labels we wanted to stay close to Roero tradition, using symbols found on tarot cards combined with the wheel, an important local symbol, that is similar to the Conti Roero family coat of arms.
