Vinification: fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks, a part in oak barrels
Colour: straw yellow (from pale to deep)
Aroma: intense, fruity, with slight toasty and vanilla notes
Taste: full bodied, with hints of yeast, saffron and honey
Food & Wine Pairing: vitello tonnato, pasta and risotto, salmon, fish grill, medium aged cheese
Characteristics: In 2018 we produced for the first time the Roero Arneis Riserva Vigna Saglietto. Before being released, the Riserva needs to be aged at least 18 months.
Certified organic from harvest 2018.

In our labels we wanted to stay close to Roero tradition, using symbols found on tarot cards combined with the wheel, an important local symbol, that is similar to the Conti Roero family coat of arms.
