Vinification: fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. Maturation in oak barrels and in the bottle
Colour: ruby red with orange hues
Aroma: violet, raspberry, strawberry and black currant
Taste: persistent, slightly tannic, with notes of fruit and vanilla
Food & Wine Pairing: pasta, roasted and grilled meats, bourguignonne, medium aged cheese

In our labels we wanted to stay close to Roero tradition, using symbols found on tarot cards combined with the wheel, an important local symbol, that is similar to the Conti Roero family coat of arms.
